The "Y Express" is a scaled-down version of our Y--offering space primarily for functional training and group exercise. Wellness staff has researched and proposed equipment that is "next-generation" and "revolutionary". In the functional training area, one can complete a total body workout in 40 minutes or less. The group exercise area is larger than our current aerobic room and will offer a TRX Suspension Training System, an exercise experience that compliments what we currently offer.
